We currently provide complete coverage in all 36 Nigerian states, with particularly strong response networks in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, and Ibadan. Our service is available in all major West African cities and we're expanding to East Africa in Q3 2025. The app will automatically show available services when you're in a covered area.
Our hybrid location system combines GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, and cell tower triangulation for maximum accuracy. Even without data connection, the app can estimate your position within 50 meters. For best results, ensure location permissions are enabled. In emergencies, we share your precise coordinates and a what3words location with responders.
